Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will credit your account, subject to the below terms. This Policy applies to products bought from our website only.
Preparing your products for a return
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;
- package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
- clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
- include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
Unwanted products
You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable);
- it is not missing any accessories or parts;
- you log a return within 14 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. ;
- it is not one of the products listed below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if products are returned damaged, missing any accessories or parts, or not in their original packaging.
Products not eligible for returns
The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:
- products marked "Final Sale";
- Inserts and tools that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
- any other products that by their nature cannot be returned, such as custom-made products.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different products. If you want to exchange a product for a different one, you must return the unwanted product and place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
We will refund you to the payment method that you used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will refund you on your credit card; if you paid by gift card we will refund you on your gift card.
Please note that we only refund to the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your return and send you an email confirmation. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
